Alex's Story - Another Hydration Miracle

I met Russell over five years ago and successfully completed his Intestinal Regeneration Program. Before meeting Russell, I had been suffering with chronic constipation, trapped gas, debilitating intestinal pain and many other terrible symptoms for many years.

After working with Russell for several months I experienced wonderful improvements with my bowels and overall health. It truly was such an answer to prayer!

I was very diligent to implement everything Russell recommended but within a couple years after completing his program, I stopped doing the water cure, because I was told by some other health expert that the salt in the water would be hard on my kidneys. (which now I know is not true!)

I did not notice any negative changes with my elimination-constipation when I stopped the water cure but today I realize how important the habit of proper daily hydration is.

After I had my son, which is over two years ago now, my bowels took another turn for the worse. I was really starting to have a hard time with constipation, intestinal discomfort, rectal pain and rectal pressure. I felt that my diet was ideal and in my mind I was drinking plenty of water. I was taking my supplements and being as careful as I could to follow Russell’s guidelines of helpful eating habits.

It was so extremely frustrating that I was being so careful to do everything I thought I needed to do and was still not getting the results I needed and wanted!

I finally decided to contact Russell again. Russell asked if I was still doing water cure. I told him I wasn’t and that I would start up again that very day. I really was not expecting this “water cure” to solve my problem as the symptoms I was experiencing were so bad and so awful.

But, I started the water cure right away as Russell suggested that not being properly hydrated was probably the reason I was having all these issues. Within a few days on the “water cure” I noticed my rectal pain was almost gone and then after two weeks my bowel movements improved immensely! Praise the Lord! I couldn’t believe something so simple could make such a difference! It was the only change I made so I know without a doubt that the “water cure” is indeed a water cure!

I will never, never, never stop the water cure again! I truly have witnessed how much it helps the bowels work so much better and everything else in the body too! Thank you Russell for always being there for me and for so many others.
